"Music In Similar Motion" was recorded in June, 1971 at Martinson Hall of the Public Theatre, NYC using Butterfly Productions' 16 track mobile unit.
"Music In Fifths" was recorded in June 1973 at Butterfly Productions' New York studio.
This version has different labels and a different rear sleeve as compared to: Philip Glass - Music In Similar Motion / Music In Fifths.
There version was done 1977 or later. There is a earlier pressing which had the same basic artwork and labels, but features a different runout.
